Terms and Conditions of Sale for the
Beijing2008 Traveling and Business services

Please read the terms and conditions below carefully. By purchasing the Hospitality Package(s) and/or the Traveling Package(s), you have to read and understood or agreed in full to accept the following terms and conditions.

Article I Definition of packages

HOSPITALITY PACKAGES:
Hospitality Packages may include the following contents;(refer to individual Package Details for specifics):
Accommodations: Each individual package contains one room at any hotel designated in the package. The standard price is based on double occupancy (two persons per room); however any single person purchases the double occupancy room (one person per room) is available by paying extra price based on the price differences of double occupancy and single occupancy. The specific package information has to refer to the package details individually.
Tickets:According to your schedule in Beijing and the official Competition Schedule, 3 tickets (details to be confirmed) will be served per person.
Meals: Breakfast at the hotel of the package allocated in each individual package.
Transportation: Airport transportation allowance in each package.
Host/Hostesses Services: Hosts of the Olympic Games Event Days as Scheduled in Each Package.
Hospitality Package Exclusions: OBD Hospitality Packages do not include:

1. Airfare
2. Hotel incidentals
3. Gratuities (discretional)
4. Departure Tax
5. Insurances
6. China Visa Fees 

TOUR PACKAGES:
Tour Packages may include the following contents: (refer to individual Package Details for specifics):

Notice: Any single tour package will not be sale individually, you should reserve any of hospitality packages before you order the tour package,otherwise we can't complete your reservation request.
BEIJING Tour Package prices included:
All attractions tickets based on the schedule above; meal (lunch or dinner based on the schedule); local transportation; host staff..
BEIJING Tour Package prices do not included:
Hotel fees and hotel services charge; air fares; tickets for Olympic Event; China Visa fee; optional tours/tickets; travel insurance in China.

Other Cities Tour Package prices included:
Hotel fee and hotel services charge; meals; all domestic and local transportation within China; bilingual tour guide(Both English and Chinese); all attractions tickets based on the schedule above.
Other Cities Tour Package prices do not include:
China Visa fee; travel insurance in China; optional tours/meals/tickets/air fares.
The Standard of Service of Other Cities Tour Package contents:
Accommodation: Four star or five star hotels
(Or the highest-level hotel available at the scenic areas)
Transportation: Air (Economy)
Ground - Deluxe air-conditioned bus
Tour Companions: 3 translators & tour guides for 40 people / group (8 Hours Daily)
Entrance Tickets: all tourist attractions
Meals: All Inclusive (Both Chinese and Western breakfast; Chinese style lunch & dinner)

Article II Packages' Specifications and Purchases
The price, quantity and specifications of packages are based on information which will be indicated on the website www.travel2008.com.cn. Please follow the steps on the website in accordance to purchase you favorite package.

Article III the Terms of Pay
By confirming your purchase order, we will charge you the contract price accordingly, our system will charge with the money from your credit card automatically. Please make sure that the information you provided of credit card and other means of payment is accurate, and that the credit card or means of other payment is available. We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the order failure due to your credit card problem or problem of other means of payment.

Article IV Cancellation of purchase order
If you cancel your order via fax, custom service phone or e-mail before our purchase order confirmation issued, our RSVN system will cancel the order automatically without any fees charge.
However if you intend to cancel your purchase order after it has been confirmed (we have issued purchase order confirmation e-mail to you), the alternative cancellation fees will apply to you in accordance with the Article set forth below. In consideration of the problems that may occur during the process of e-mail transition, Confirmation of purchase order should be subject to status on our system, not subject to the e-mail you have received. The status of your order will be showed on our “membership section”. Please check with the said section to confirm your status.
Up until April the 30th 2008, all cancellations must be effected in writing via the three means set below within 10 business days after the date the Purchase Order Confirmation is received. Full payments minus a fee equaling 15% of the package cost will be refunded when written cancellation is received within the 10 business day time period. Any cancellations requested after the 10-business day time period will be
refunded full payments minus a fee equaling 25% of the package cost.
After April the 30th 2008, all Packages are non-cancelable by the Customer for any reason or cause and the amount paid herewith is not refundable after this date.

If you intend to cancel your order, Please do as follows,
Send cancellation e-mail to Reservation@travel2008.com.cn, and specify Purchase Order Cancellation and all of your Order number  in the subject heading and please specify your ID, your name, the name of hotel and other information related to your order so that we can look for your Package Number in our database; or,
Send a fax to us to cancel your order, the fax number is +86-1052077656, or,
Cancel your order by our customer service system, you can contact us by phone, the number is +86-1052077500.Our RSVN system will help you with the process.

Article V Duplicated purchase order
If you submit several orders by more than one address/guest name, our system will treat these purchase orders independently. Although your conduct may add your chances of to being confirmed, if you have to cancel one or more of your orders because your orders overlapped in part or by whole, to which our cancellation article (article 4) should apply. In any case you are charged for cancellation fees due to your cancellation, we accept no responsibility or liability.

Article VI Purchased Order Modification
We are both subject to this terms and conditions of sale for Beijing2008 Traveling and Business services after your purchase order being confirmed (we issue purchase order confirmation e-mailto you) , you are not entitled to do any change, alteration of modification to your purchase order(for example change room style). But if you have to do some change or alteration, please contact our RSVN within 10 days after your purchase order being confirmed, We reserve the right to make a decision at our sole discretion and after refunding for any overpayment or a charging supplemental payment for any deficiency, the deadline of modification request and the relevant modification fees are based on the Article IV Cancellation of purchase order.

Article VII Both Parties’ Duty
Our services are subject to your ID and package number, so please keep the confirmation letter and other documentations related to packages carefully. Please arrange your time for accepting our service, we accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for your fail to accept our service due to your own fault. Please inform us your flight number and the date when you arrive in Beijing before 31, May, 2008 to make your airport reception.
Please(foreign guest) prepare documentations necessary for traveling and residing in china (for example passport, ID card or other permits) prior to the commencement of travel to china (please contact your local china Embassy to obtain your individual specific requirements if necessary).We accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
Please comply with the law of the PRC and specific regulations of the hotel, vehicle??scenic areas and other specific areas. Otherwise, you should be responsible for any losses, damage or expenses due to your negligent or willful conduct.
We warrant that our facilities related to hotel, vehicle and scenic place conform to the fire fighting, sanitation, environmental and safety standards of the PRC. Since insurance is not included in our packages, we suggest you maintain insurance to cover accidents and other risks.
If our service fail to meet the standards provided in this agreement wholly or in part, we will take measures to solve the problem at once. Should the problem still can’t be solved, we will accordingly refund your packages price after deduct service fees which should be determined by us; But this default did not affect the performance of remaining services included in the packages.
If you have paid for the package in accordance with this terms and conditions of sale, while we fail to provide the package wholly or in part, we will refund your package price accordingly and indemnify for your losses or damage due to our breach of this agreement, but we declare that our total liability for all claims of any kind related to indemnification or damages is limited to refunds of moneys received from you hereunder for such packages.
Website Pricing and Typographical Errors?? While we strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole
discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Article VIII Force Majeure
In the event of an occurrence of an emergency or contingency of a nature constituting a cause of force majeure to any or all of the parties hereto, with the result that the performance of any of its or their obligations under this Agreement is prevented thereby, neither party shall be liable in any way because of any default in its performance due to such cause.

Article IX Governing Law
This terms and conditions of sale shall be governed as to all matters, including validity, construction and performance, by and under the laws of the PRC. The Peoples’ Court of Beijing Chaoyang District of the PRC has the jurisdiction of any suit or legal proceeding brought by either party due to controversies arise from or in relation to this agreement.
